The Basics
Name: Micah Grey and Moses Grey
Nicknames: M&M or The Three Musketeers (when they are with their brother Marco)
Age: 14, November 15th 2005
Pronouns: He/Him (individually) They/Them (together) - At this age, they still use he/him but as they grow and their power develops, they will become more comfortable with using solely they/them.
Orientation: Still figuring that out? Micah had a couple of crushes on a boy when they were younger but never told anyone besides Moses. Moses thinks romance (and sex) are useless and gross.
Desired Rank/Job: Student
Powers: Gestalt Pair
Individually, the boys don't have any powers. Together they are have super-strength and intelligence and act as one, synced in a way even beyond non-meta identical twins. Their ability is involuntary. A main side-effect of their ability is that over time they will gradually loose their individuality. and once they have full control over this power, they will be one person shared in two bodies. They also feel weaker, slower, and just all around wrong when apart from each other.
Play By: Marcus Gunnarsen and Martinus Gunnarsen
The Details
Hair Color: Blond
Eye Color: Brown
Height: 5'2"
Any Piercings? No
Any Tattoos? No
Any Scars? Moses has a long scar on his right calf from a bike accident when the twins were 8. It took 10 stitches to close up. Micah has one on his left elbow from falling out of the bunk bed when the twins were 6. It only took 4 stitches. Both boys have other countless cuts and scrapes but nothing else major.
General Appearance: Like all of the Grey children, it comes in handy that their dad is a hairdresser. The boys hair is always maintained and up to fashion. Though they have always wanted to dye their hair fun colors, they have trouble landing on a color. As for the rest of them, well, lets just say that a general rough and tumble lifestyle leaves them often covered in a coating of dirt and grime. And being the 5th and 6th in the line of Grey children, most of their clothing has been handed along the line and isn't always in the best shape. This also means that their fashion is a bit all over the place as well. Not that they mind. Their favorite thing to wear is any outfit as long as they can toss on a hoodie. They both hate the heat of the summer because they can't layer up with their favorite clothing accessory. The twins also each wear at least five friendship bracelets on each arm in a rainbow of colors and different patterns. When one falls off it's quickly replaced.
The twins are very active and this has kept them both lean and fit. Though Moses finds it a bit easier to sit still for longer than three seconds, Micah is often tapping his toes or fingers, itching to get going. Because of their power, this habit is slowly being picked up by Moses. Their pops would say that they don't so much walk, as bound along, as if they were wearing springs in their shoes. With their athletic natures, the boys are both very good at balancing and are very light on their feet, and their daring nature has taught them how to fall "with style" so that they don't hurt themselves as often.
Even though the boys are a little small for their age, they make up for it in how they carry themselves. They're not ones to worry about taking up too much space, walking quietly, or such. They make their presence known.
Personality: Even before their power manifested, Micah and Moses were devoted to one another. Unlike their other siblings, they pair can't remember a time when they ever really fought. Not that they don't have debates or teasing bickers now and them, but an "us vs. the world" mentality was ingrained in them from day one. To add to that, the twins love being a part of such a huge and diverse family. Though they are two of the younger ones in the group, they always stand up for their siblings.
The twins are a pretty happy-go-lucky pair. They're never bored for long and always looking for their next adventure. Though they usually have trouble taking things seriously, that doesn't mean that they can't be when needed. It's just very hard for them to stay focused and stay serious for any length of time.
Micah is the more talkative and outgoing of the two, while Moses tends to be more of a shadow to his brother. That said, as their powers develop, the two are starting to even out. The two often talk at the same time or finish each other sentences these days, but it is still usually Micah who starts a sentence and speaks louder, while Moses tends to mumble and be soft spoken.
The twins can be pranksters, but it's always harmless stuff and usually tricks they learned from their older siblings.
Your Vices
Likes:
Skateboarding, parkour, and rock climbing - both of the twins are quite talented in these areas and are often on their boards or climbing up on something (a fact that their dad says lead to most of his gray hair)
Anything peanut butter flavored - or even just peanut butter on a spoon
Upbeat Music - doesn't really matter the genre, if it's got a good beat you can dance to, they love it
Friendship Bracelts - their fathers introduced them to the craft as a way to keep their hands busy and they make more than they could ever wear.
Stickers - they use them to cover their skateboards, books, furniture, and sometimes even the wall
Their Family - they love coming from a huge family with all different kinds of people and enjoy impressing people with their list of siblings
Dislikes:
Watching TV or movies - the twins don't really have the attention span to sit and stare at a screen. Short YouTube videos or TikToks are more their speed.
Writing - Any sort of school work that requires writing something longer that one or two sentences
Being alone for too long - even with the two of them, they are quickly to feel lonely and will seek out company
Silence - they come from a loud house, silence usually means something bad is happening (siblings are fighting, someone is hurt, and such)
The Dark - the twins still sleep with a nightlight and a teddy bear
M&Ms - they're not the hugest fans of the candy (probably because everyone thinks it's hilarious to give it to them)
Strengths:
The twins are very good at balancing and have pretty good strength and stamina even without their power - years of being active, climbing, and skateboarding has lead to this skill
Making friends - partially because of living with so many siblings and particularly because they are just generally happy, accepting people, they get along well with most people and are very open minded
Logic puzzles - it's the only thing that can keep them entertained when they have to not be physically active
Dancing - it's not something they talk about, but they've played dance partners to their sisters enough that they've gotten pretty good at it
Open-minded - both twins are extremely open minded when it comes to other people's families and lived experiences. Growing up in the Grey family (a blended family in many different ways) you have to be.
Weaknesses:
Focusing - if you expect them to sit still, be quiet, and pay attention for longer than a couple minutes, good luck
Being serious - they can't resist cracking a joke or laughing, even at moments when it isn't call for
Gullible - the twins are extremely gullible, even after all the years of this being used against them by older siblings
Social cues - only about if someone is as into something as they are, if they're excited about it, it's hard for them to pick up that others might not be
Any sort of musical instrument - the twins can't figure out how to play the simplest of instruments, they even sing horrible off-key (not that this stops them from trying)

History
Micah and Moses were both to a mother and father who were both 16. Though their mother had debated on keeping her child, once she found out that they were twins, she started looking into adoption, something their father and both sets of their biological grandparents were happy and supportive about. The twins spent three years in a foster home before William and Scott adopted them and they don't really have many memories from the time they lived with their foster parents. Unlike some of the other Grey children, they don't know any home other than with their dad and pops.
In addition to their fathers, and one amazing grandmother, Micah and Moses have plenty of doting siblings around. When they were young, their sisters would often use the twins as their real life dolls, dressing them up and covering them in make-up. With both of their fathers working at Hammel, the twins also grew up with the family of metas from the school. Though it was explained to them over and over, that they might not have powers of their own, the twins couldn't help but dream. Luckily for them, they were discovered to be gestalts by a Hammel staff member even before they started to really notice their own abilities, so they didn't have to play the waiting game for too long.
Though their fathers gave them the option to experience living at Hammel, the boys chose to continue living at home and commute with their fathers every day. This was particularly because they just love living in their loud house where there is never a dull moment or an option to be lonely, but also because they didn't want to leave their closest brother, Marco (who is non-powered) behind.
After a year at Hammel, the boys are still working to adept to the idea of being gestalts and sometimes, late at night usually, they worry about what the future holds. But for now, they're excited to be at the school and are doing well social, if not always academically.
