The Lighthouse Roasters Cafe is a locally owned coffee and pastry shop established in 2003. It has a seating capacity of 28, with four four-top tables, four two-top tables, and four easy chairs surrounding an electric fireplace near the back of the shop. LRC offers local and international roasts, a range of espresso-based beverages, seasonal flavors, and smoothies in the summertime. Their pastry case is stocked with breakfast standards, prominently featuring treats made with local apples and maple syrup. The walls are a cream color, the largest painted with a navy silhouette of a lighthouse. Employees are strongly encouraged to wear flannel during their shifts.
